There is no secret to happy relationships. But there is a fast-track.

The Relationship Bootcamp is a transformative, immersive workshop for couples and individuals who are ready for real relationship change. In this two-day experience, you’ll learn and practice the tools to move beyond conflict, build trust, and reconnect with yourself and those you love.

A woman practicing outdoor yoga or meditation, sitting cross-legged with her hands on her chest, eyes closed, appearing peaceful and focused, with a blurred natural background and trees.

A relationship reset for when love feels out of reach.

Sometimes it starts inside us—we feel off, unworthy, or unsure of ourselves. Other times it shows up between us, in the form of arguments, distance, or silence. Either way, the result is the same: true connection feels harder to find, and it can leave you questioning yourself, your partner, or the relationships you treasure most.

But here’s the truth: connection, respect, and intimacy aren’t a matter of luck or happenstance. They’re skills. And like any skill, they can be learned, practiced, and strengthened—by anyone who’s willing to do the work.

What would your life look like if you could...

Speak your needs without blame, and finally feel heard?

Respond in ways that calm conflict instead of fueling it?

Respond with grace instead of knee-jerk reactions?

Let go of the losing strategies that keep intimacy out of reach?

Release the need to be right and worked toward real solutions?

At the Bootcamp, you’ll learn and practice each of these skills

so you leave ready to use them right away.

WELCOME TO THE RELATIONSHIP BOOTCAMP

We all know relationships take effort—but most of us were never taught what that effort really looks like. It’s not grand gestures or quick fixes. It’s the moment-to-moment skills that help us communicate clearly, repair quickly, and keep intimacy alive.

Proven, Effective Strategies

This Bootcamp is based on Relational Life Therapy (RLT), the groundbreaking approach created by internationally recognized therapist and bestselling author Terry Real. RLT is known for creating rapid, lasting change—results I’ve seen over and over again.

Designed for Big Strides

In just two days, you’ll learn the essential relationship skills most people spend years trying to figure out. The Bootcamp is a focused, accelerated experience that gives you practical tools you can use right away to create meaningful change.

Intimate, But Private

This isn’t group therapy. While you’ll be learning alongside other couples and individuals, you won’t be airing out any dirty laundry. It’s entirely focused on teaching and practicing the skills you need to move forward on your own.

Who is the Relationship Bootcamp for?

Individuals Ready to Grow

Most people assume the Bootcamp is only for couples, but it’s just as powerful if you attend on your own. So much of our distress is relational, whether it’s in how we connect with others or in the relationship we have with ourselves. We focus on healing that inner relationship first, so you can step into every area of your life—romantic, family, friendships, even work—with more confidence, clarity, and peace.

This workshop is for you if you want to:

- Build a healthier relationship with yourself first

- Feel more confident in asking for what you need

- Break old cycles that leave you drained or disconnected

- Learn skills to create authentic, lasting connections

- Gain clarity and hope about your next steps, whether you’re single, in a relationship, or simply wanting to grow

Couples Ready to Reconnect

Every couple comes to Bootcamp with a different history, but most have a shared experience: feeling misaligned, unheard, or stuck in the same unresolved conflicts. The Bootcamp helps couples reset with a shared language, tools that actually work, and a renewed investment in each other. In just two days, you’ll begin to feel more connected and ready to rebuild the closeness you’ve been missing.

This workshop is for you if you want to:

- Break free from the same fights on repeat

- Learn practical tools to stay calm, listen well, and be heard

- Repair trust and rebuild emotional security

- Get aligned in your shared goals and priorities

- Come together as a team and feel hopeful about the future you’re creating together

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Relationship Bootcamp is a two-day, hands-on experience that blends teaching, small group discussion, and real-life practice. Day one focuses on self-awareness and insight; day two is about applying powerful tools to communicate and connect better. Most people describe the weekend as energizing, eye-opening, and surprisingly fun.

  • Each day includes a mix of teaching, discussion, and practice.

You’ll start with about 20–25 minutes of large-group learning and lecture, followed by small-group discussions where you’ll explore the topic in more depth.

If you come with a partner, you’ll spend day one discussing and reflecting with other participants (not your partner) to build perspective and insight.

On day two, you’ll learn and practice practical skills together as a couple — or with other participants if you attend solo.

There are breaks throughout the day, and the pace is designed to keep you engaged, supported, and energized.

  • If you take in and apply what you learn, yes. Whether you’re feeling like roommates, on the brink, or simply want to feel closer, the Bootcamp gives you a shared language and practical tools to create real change. Participants consistently say they leave feeling more hopeful, connected, and empowered about how they can start making things better right away.

  • Not at all! You’re always in charge of how much you share, and there’s no pressure to talk about anything private. Most participants are surprised by how safe, respectful, and supportive the group feels (and how much comfort they find in realizing they’re not alone). You could even silently audit the class and still get a lot out of it.

MORE FAQS
