Life doesn't have to feel this heavy.
When you’re stuck in cycles of stress, self-doubt, or disconnection, it doesn’t just affect how you feel. It can ripple through your relationships, your work, and your family life. Have you noticed you've been...
● Feeling stuck in a life that doesn’t bring joy anymore?
● Avoiding the important stuff and feeling stressed all the time?
● Going through the motions checking things off your list, but nothing feels fulfilling?
● Snapping at your kids and feeling ashamed of your reactions?
● Questioning your relationship annoyed with your partner?
● Avoiding your friends and the things that used to bring you joy?
● Filled with dread, anxiety, and exhaustion when your alarm goes off?
Sometimes life is heavy. But you don't have to carry the weight alone. Together, we can untangle what’s weighing you down so you can start moving forward.
It's possible to feel better
Everyone’s struggles look a little different. Here are some of the most common challenges I help my clients work through.
Overcoming Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression can cloud your days and steal joy from important moments. Through focused counseling, you’ll gain tools to manage these challenges and find the clarity and peace you deserve.
Healing Family Patterns
The families we grew up in shape how we relate to ourselves and others—sometimes in ways that don't serve us. In therapy, we’ll untangle those patterns so you can set healthier boundaries and create more supportive relationships.
Navigating Life's Transitions
Major changes like a move, career shift, divorce, becoming a parent, or traumatic events can stir up a range of emotions. Therapy gives you a steady place to process what’s changing and find your footing moving forward.
Building Healthy Relationships
How we relate to ourselves shapes every other connection in our lives. Together, we’ll strengthen your self-worth, set healthier boundaries, and create relationships that feel supportive and lasting.

Sessions are relaxed, conversational, and guided by what feels most important to you. In our first meeting, we’ll clarify your goals and how you’ll know therapy is helping. From there, we’ll explore both current challenges and the experiences that shaped you, so you can gain insight, feel more empowered, and start creating meaningful change in your relationships and life. Most of my clients report feeling motivated and clearer after leaving session

It depends on your goals and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. Some clients reach their goals in a few months, while others find that ongoing therapy becomes a meaningful part of their self-care. Plan to commit to about three months of weekly sessions—roughly 12 meetings—to give the process time to really work. If you want to fast track things, check out the Relationship Bootcamp!

I do not. I have a private pay practice and I am out-of-network with all insurers and full payment is due at the time of service. Some clients use their out-of-network benefits to get partial reimbursement from their insurance company—I’ll provide a detailed receipt (called a superbill) you can submit for that.
